Classic Thekua
"Ek baar kha lo — baar baar yaad aayega."
( Eat it once — you'll think about it again and again. )
Whole wheat flour, jaggery, and pure ghee — hand-pressed (no mould, no machine) and fried until deep golden. Dense, crumbly, barely sweet. The one that started everything.
₹1,000per kg
“The Thekua was very tasty! Everyone at home liked it so much that the entire box got finished in less than a day.”WhatsApp messageOrder via WhatsApp
Khoya Anarsa
"Til ki khushbu, khoya ki meethas — Chhath ka doosra prasad."
( The fragrance of sesame, the sweetness of khoya — Chhath's second prasad. )
Homemade rice flour soaked and ground fresh, stuffed with khoya and jaggery powder, rolled generously in sesame seeds and fried in pure ghee. Round, golden, fragrant. A Chhath thal is incomplete without it — and Rashmi makes it all year round.
₹1,200per kg
“We ordered Anarsa from Rashmi Ji and it was super delicious. It has the same authentic taste that I remember from my childhood days, not to forget it was fresh and that enhanced the overall taste and experience.”Richa Mohan · Google reviewOrder via WhatsApp

Nimki
"Chai ke saath best lagti hai."
( Best had with chai. )
The traditional Bihari savoury — thin, crisp crackers seasoned with ajwain and salt. Available in wheat or maida. Made for tea-time, or straight from the bag.
₹1,000per kg
“The Nimki was perfectly crispy, light, and had just the right balance of salt and spice — a true teatime treat.”WhatsApp messageOrder via WhatsApp
Gujiya
"Tyohar bina Gujiya? Nahi chalega!"
( Festival without Gujiya? Not acceptable! )
Half-moon pastry filled with khoya, dry fruits, and sugar or jaggery — fried in pure ghee until the crust shatters. Seasonal; most plentiful around Holi and Chhath.
₹1,200per kg
“The Gujiya was absolutely delicious! Perfect sweetness and very fresh.”WhatsApp messageOrder via WhatsApp

Kala Jamun
"Dheerej se banate hain — dheerej se khao."
( Made slowly — eat it slowly. )
Khoya, wheat flour, and paneer — shaped and fried in pure ghee until the outside is almost black. Denser and less sweet than a gulab jamun. Rashmi fries these low and slow. Worth every minute of the wait.
₹1,200per kg
“I have tried Rashmi’s khoya anarasa, kala jamun and mawa gujiyas! All the sweets were incredible!”Rasika R · Google reviewOrder via WhatsApp
